30. 1939 Traditional Porch Swing

    Our furniture is custom built when ordered, using treated Yellawood pine, stainless steel screws and waterproof glue. All wood edges are routed and surfaces sanded smooth. The foundations for our swings use 1 ½ inch lumber, miter lap jointed and glued together with a center fixed stove bolt for security. All swings have a linear 2×4 board from end to end that the front chain attaches to, the chains are clear of the arms. All seating measurement of swings are full seating area clearance.

31. 2048 RestFull Rocker

    RestFull Rocker is also made from treated wood.

    We build the rocker by reverse grain gluing 2 pieces of ¾ by 8 wood together, then cutting out the 2 rockers. This process is used to eliminate the rockers from future warping. Again the back is barreled, curved seat and rounded front. The seating area is 22 inches wide.
